Head - eCommerce - D2C Segment - Luxury Retail Firm (8-18 yrs)

Job Description:

- Ecommerce Head is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing end to end business of various Ecommerce Channels and own website.

- The person would be involved and a key decision maker in planning, execution and evaluation of various online and omni-channel strategies for the company.

- While being a custodian of the total online business, the role's main objective is to drive various initiatives to strengthen the companys online presence and be a major force for online to offline business activities.

Should have:

- Minimum 8 years experience in Sales/Ecommerce management roles.

- Luxury Retail experience preferred.

- An entrepreneurial mind set will be a plus.

- A proven track record of scaling a brand or business within this space.

- An inherent knack for customer delight, product management and performance marketing across touch points.
