Job Description:

- Our client is a growing label in womens ethnic wear having presence in AP, KA, TN having more than 20 stores.

- They also have presence online, with 95% market share coming from own website and rest by marketplaces they are looking at a Head Online sales, to lead the website business, scaling it up from current revenue contribution of 5% to 15-20%.

- 8-15 yrs of experience, last few years in heading ecommerce function with an apparel brand, mainly website business. exp of scaling business from 0 to 1, exponential growth.

- Current team of 2-3 people, reports to Founder.

- The Head of eCommerce will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing the company's eCommerce strategy.

- Drive revenue growth of the online business and efficiently run it as a profit center.

- Manage all website activities with the focus on improving customer acquisition and conversion.

- Develop and oversee the execution of all online and growth marketing programs and initiatives to drive sales and profits including SEM, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting and online analytics.

- Define and deliver upon the company's sales objectives.

- Ensure maximum cost efficiencies and balanced spending are consistently achieved track and ensure accurate budget forecasting and program ROI.

- Develop and oversee customer loyalty, engagement, retention strategy and programs to achieve revenue and profit growth targets.

- Perform research and segmentation studies to determine key consumer targets, insights, needs, wants and behaviors.

- Identify and implement new opportunities to drive sales, visibility, and efficiencies, including site functionality and design.

- Manage implementation timelines for operational activities and projects of the ecommerce department.

- Develop and oversee measurement strategy to track the performance of the online marketing programs.

- Provide structure and manage evolution and development of team operations, roles and responsibilities and systems/tools to support the needs of the organization's growth.
