Job Summary:.
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Architecture to lead our architectural design and planning initiatives across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovative, sustainable, and high-quality design solutions while aligning with business objectives.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of real estate development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee architectural design and planning for all projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Develop design strategies that align with the company's vision and market demands.
- Provide architectural solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor an in-house team of architects and coordinate with external consultants.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to ensure project feasibility and alignment with brand identity.
- Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, materials, and construction technologies to integrate innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
- Lead design reviews, feasibility studies, and technical assessments for new developments.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, oversee material selection, and maintain quality standards.
- Foster relationships with government bodies, consultants, and industry partners to facilitate project approvals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in architectural design and planning within the real estate sector.
- Strong experience in residential projects, with exposure to commercial, retail, and hospitality developments.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural tools.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and sustainability standards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A strong portfolio showcasing large-scale architectural projects.
