The role has the following key deliverables:
1) Strategic Marketing Development: Formulate and implement marketing strategies that support the business objectives of the OHC portfolio, ensuring alignment with regional & global priorities.
2) Market Analysis & Consumer Insights: Conduct ongoing market analysis to understand patient and healthcare provider preferences, trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine marketing approaches and identify growth opportunities.
3) Brand Positioning: Develop and enhance brand positioning for OHC products through targeted campaigns, effective messaging, and competitive activation strategies that resonate with the Indian market.
4) Product Launches & Life Cycle Management: Plan and execute new product launches in close coordination with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and regulatory affairs. Develop product-specific marketing materials and manage lifecycle strategies to maximize product potential.
5) Traditional & Digital Marketing: Create omni-channel marketing campaigns (In clinic, mobile, email, HCP congresses, offline events) that reach target audiences effectively. Monitor engagement and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact.
6) Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop training materials, promotional tools, and incentive programs. Support sales initiatives by aligning marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
7) Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry influencers, and key opinion leaders, to strengthen brand credibility and market presence.
8) Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for the OHC expert portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for all HCP activations and initiatives.
9) Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track the effectiveness of activation spends through KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement to senior leadership
