Role & responsibilities
- Brand Compliance and Awareness - Ensure brand compliance and awareness by adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Internal and External Communication - Ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with organisational goals.
- Content Development - Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, emailers, press notes and all digital assets tailored to resonate with customers and industry stakeholders across online and offline platforms.
- Multi-Channel Communication - Manage and contribute to the development of multi-channel communication across various touch points including the website, social media platforms, brochures, flyers and other marketing collaterals. Monitor and update corporate websites regularly, ensuring timely and engaging content updates.
- Social Media Management - Manage social media channels of the business. Publish regular engaging content / campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms to increase brand visibility and corporate image.
- Coordination with external agencies - Coordinate with agencies to lead projects and ensure achievement of marketing deliverables in alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Educational Qualifications:
- UG: BA /BSc / B Pharm / BVSc
- PG: M.A in Mass Communications (or) MBA/PGDM in Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communications
