To lead our RE sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate both media print & digital sales , a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and a fervor for building strong client relationships which is a perquisite for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing RE sales team to achieve AOP targets

- Revenue Generation:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and create on ground events/expos/ brand experiences for RE clients

- Negotiate and close deals annual deals with KEY RE clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners and ad agencies

- Market analysis to identify key RE trends and identifying opportunities.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
