Minimumof 5-7 years of in-depth experience in sales, branch banking operations andcustomer service with a reputed bank with proven track record in liabilities,third party products and assets sales across customer segments.

Responsible for driving businesstargets for unsecured loans and conversion of existing borrowers forliabilities at the prime branch and associated branches

Ensure exceptional customer service,proactive sales environment and efficient branch operations, while adhering toregulations/compliance requirements

Focus on retaining existing customers,increasing the customer base and cross-selling Ujjivans products and services

Oversee branch operations, cash management andservice quality

Responsible for working closely withproduct and marketing teams to drive campaigns in respective cluster

Monitor dailyperformance of branch staff
