Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Smooth branch operation and service delivery to clients
• Responsible for growth of the Revenue size.
• Responsible for Heading business operations with P&L responsibility and realizing pre-planned sales/business development and revenue targets.
• Responsible for achieving the targeted financial results of business as well as the budgeted deliverables for Operations, sales.
• Lead all the planning cycles (Strategic Planning, Yearly Operating Plan/Budget, Quarterly Forecasts etc.) with utmost care, high level of accuracy and thorough understanding of the business dynamics.
• Partner with different business stakeholders to solve various operational / strategic level challenges faced by the organization
• Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches and Market.
• Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans, responsible for Long term objective achievement.
