Pahal Finance - Branch Manager (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily branch operations, including customer service, sales, and administrative functions.

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of branch staff.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive branch growth and profitability.

- Set and achieve branch sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support to sales team members.

- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with our products and services.

- Maintain adherence to all relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations.

- Prepare and analyze branch financial reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year experience in a managerial role, preferably in the financial services sector.

- Overall 5+ experience in the same sector

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to drive sales, meet targets, and manage branch operations efficiently.

- Knowledge of financial products and services, banking regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Bachelor's/PG degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
