Job Description

o To ensure incremental business on Liability Products Target achievement month on month basis.

o To offer suitable financial solutions as per customer requirements and consistently achieve the targets.

o To ensure incremental business growth on all the other products segments as may be assigned from time to time.

o To increase product per customer by cross selling of loans and investment products.

o To build database of potential customer leads through references and marketing campaigns.

o To establish and maintain relationships of high value customers, trade & industry associations to aid the business growth.

o Responsible for profitability of the branch. o Adherence to all the regulatory guidelines, internal process and policies. o To maintain high level Customer service standards.

o To motivate and enable the team to meet individual targets.

Some IBA staff works towards the targets given for branch and the Team Succeed. Some IBA staff won't help to their manager and management and they just come and go by delaying work .
