Branch Manager

• Deliver critical parameters such as business performance, portfolio health, and employee attrition as required by management.
• Oversee team members performance on people metrics and ensure compliance with branch requirements.
• Conduct daily reviews with team members on business projections, cross-selling, and activity plans.
• Ensure the execution of the daily activity plan for customer visits by the team.
• Provide detailed supervision and monitoring of branch operations.
• Conduct team huddles to understand and resolve pain points.
• Attend centre meetings and meet with customers.
• Track and facilitate disbursements as planned for the day and month.
• Assist in collections cases in all buckets.
• Work with teams and jointly visit customers in the location.
• Meet customers regularly in the location.
• Responsible for getting the critical parameters like business/portfolio/ and employee attrition to be delivered as required by management.
• Daily review with team members regarding projections of business, center meetings, activity plan for the day
• Manage the health and quality of the portfolio as per defined targets.

Work Experience - Minimum 1 Year of experience in Branch Manager role .
