We re looking for a self-driven individual to manage the branch for all channels and increase Axis Mutual Fund market share in the given geography.
What you will Do
Develop and maintain strong relations with all the channel partners
Build and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the given geography
Maximize resource productivity across segments
Drive and execute training and development on products and regulations as well as soft skills for the employees and channel partners in order to enable them become more effective on the ground
Conduct regular invertor-level meets (one-on-one or at group level)
Ensure strong ground/branch level connectivity of the team by way of regular interaction and meets with employees in the geography
Regularly communicate about products, markets and sales tools to all channel partners
Hold business reviews with the internal team members and external channel partners
What makes you a Great Fit
Postgraduate qualification in Management
Relevant experience of 7-10 years
NISM V-A Certified
Should have strong business acumen, with good understanding of financial market data and changing dynamics of Mutual Fund Industry
Good understanding of products & key business parameters
Able to effectively lead a team to implement plans at the ground level
Should be able to understand and build local level business strategies
Must have good written & verbal communication skills
Open to local commute & outstation travel if required
