Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service,

human resources, administration and sales

• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales

opportunities

• Bring out the best of branch personnel by providing training, coaching,

development and motivation

• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges

and leverage growth opportunities

• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices,

competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

• Manage all Administrative duties of single Branch

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and negotiation Skill
• 3 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing
• Hands on experience in Managerial position
• Industry preference will be Education Sector
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
