As a Sr Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analytics and insights team. Your position requires a experience of statistical methodologies, data visualization techniques, and the ability to transform insights into actionable business recommendations.

Additionally, you should have expertise in data modelling, machine learning, programming languages such as Python, R or SQL and data visualization tools such such as PowerBI to build powerful and meaningful dashboards at scale. You will be responsible to assigning tasks to team members, tracking them to successful completion and reporting them to project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting, Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs for their organization
• Analyzing datasets to uncover trends and insights
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity within BI systems
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Developing and maintaining data models
• Creating reports and dashboards
• Analyzing and visualizing data
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Ensuring data governance and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 10+ years of strong experience in Analytics & Data Modelling, Data Visualization with 5+ years experience in tools such as PowerBI.
• At least 5+ years of solid experience using Python, R or SQL .
• Engaging in data modeling to effectively map out data structures that support business goals.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data while drawing insightful conclusions and making strategic recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Strong experience in implementing MS Azure Analytics and BI solutions with integrations to SQL datawarehouses, Snowflake and Databricks platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of PowerBI, Azure ML and Data Lake Analytics
• Experience with ADF or Databricks pipelines, build scheduling agents, and release management..
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills both written and verbal, for conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
