Solution Architect - Spring MVC (15-20 yrs)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with 15+ years of experience to join our team.

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of enterprise-level solutions, architecture design, and customer-facing consulting.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that address business challenges, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the success of large-scale technical projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements, with a proven track record of delivering innovative, scalable, and secure solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 15+ years of experience in solutions architecture, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions.

- Technical Expertise:

- Expertise in Java technologies and frameworks such as Spring (Boot, Cloud, Security, etc.), Java EE, Hibernate, and JPA.

- Strong experience with microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented architectures (SOA).

- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native Java development.

- Proficiency in containerization technologies (e.g , Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with DevOps practices and automation in Java application delivery.

- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL), messaging systems (e.g , Kafka, RabbitMQ), and integration technologies.

Client-Facing Skills :

- Proven ability to engage with and present to C-level executives and technical teams.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

- Experience in delivering client-facing workshops, technical sessions, and design consultations.

Leadership & Mentorship :

- Proven experience leading technical teams and providing mentorship to junior architects and developers.

- Ability to drive large, complex projects to completion while managing technical risks.

Preferred Skills :

- Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a focus on iterative development and rapid prototyping.

- Enterprise Integration: Expertise in integrating disparate systems, legacy applications, and modern cloud-based platforms
