Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns for our clients to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimise results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Facebook advertising and implement new features and best practices as appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for new ad campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to create engaging ad creatives
- Create and manage ad budgets and ensure they are being used effectively.
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform ad campaign strategies.
- Create and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to internal stakeholders.
- Continuously test and optimise ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance
Skills Required
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a performance-driven Facebook Ads media buyer, with e-commerce-based accounts.
- Proven experience in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail - you spot things that others miss.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing and advertising.
- A proactive and growth-minded approach to work - you re not just here for a job; you re here to kick some serious butt!
- Strong analytical skills - you re basically a data experts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with our awesome cross-functional teams.
