Job Brief!
The Fleet Data Analyst - Commercial Services will build and maintain reporting for Truck Repair Services, Emergency Roadside Assistance program, Marketing / Dedication program, Fleet Sales volumes and margin, and Fuel purchasing, volume and margin at TA. We are looking to fill the position with an authority, hardworking and dedicated professional who will is responsible for running reports to assist operations in running these business areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
Use excel and PowerBI to run daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports for Truck Repair Services as well as the Emergency Roadside Assistance program.
Use Cognos and PowerBI to run Fleet Sales reports on the volume and margin for fleets that have pricing contracts with TA.
Use Cognos to measure special marketing promotions for Fleet drivers who are loyalty members.
Use Cognos and PowerBI to run Fuel purchasing reports measuring performance vs OPIS and other indexes.
Use Cognos and excel to run fuel carrier reports including electronic bill of lading reporting and claims management for the fuel supply team.
Use SAP Business Objects to run monthly Employee Gas Discounts report.
Update PowerBI and use Cognos to run loyalty program reports for marketing, including point issuance and redemptions.
Update PowerBI for the Commercial Services Dashboard which provides year-over-year comparisons for the business.
Work with the Fleet Data Advisor - Commercial Services to edit existing reports or run new ones as requested.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with consistent outstanding academic record.
Overall experience of 8-10 years & 2+ years of data and analytics experience.
Solid functional knowledge of visualization tools including, but not limited to, PowerBI, IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), with experience in SQL, R and Python a plus.
Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with solid skills in Microsoft Excel.
