Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Project Change Management activities to deploy the Cash and Banking template and other Finance global templates in various regions/ business.
Define overall Project Change Management strategy and leading delivery efforts for each the Project Change Management phases, including executive alignment, stakeholder analysis, communication, readiness assessments, change impacts identification and management, UAT and ELS.
Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, system, technology, job roles and organization structures.
Develop the overall communication strategy and plan to include creating and delivery of internal and external communications, messages and supporting materials.
Conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, as well as able to work effectively at all levels in the organization.
Proactively identify interdependencies with other ES or outside ES squads / teams, clearly and timely communicates them and follow up for completion.
Provide or seek for Cash and Banking project delivery expertise to business users, application owners and IE team.
Work closely with Technology, Enabling Solutions, and other supporting teams to promote One Team and ensure timely Global Templates delivery.
Essential Education Experience
Suitably qualified professional with degree or similar education background in Accounting, Finance or Business
Exposure to agile ways-of-working and Scrum methodology.
Understanding of Project Change Management framework.
Demonstrated success as a Business Change Manager on SAP implementation leader.
Extensive experience in end-to-end SAP project implementations.
Strong presentation skills and ability to simply articulate complex processes and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience developing training materials for end-users.
Ability to work within a virtual global team environment.
Ability to prioritise and flexible to adjust to new priorities effectively.
Able to make decisions and progress initiatives independently in an environment where information may be limited, and circumstances change frequently.
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks while delivering high quality results to tight deadlines.
Fluency in English
Desirable Criteria
8+ years of relevant work experience with systems and process design or as an accounting end user.
Experience within the Finance team in the Downstream or Upstream business.
Robust experience in Change Management and Project Management.
Experience with financial control processes within a business context.
Experience in SAP system implementations, including planning and deployment deliverables.
Strong verbal and written communications.
