Job Description: Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to oversee sales operations within an assigned region. The TSM will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Drive sales growth through lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
2. Territory & Account Management:
Manage sales operations across the assigned geographic area.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure optimal coverage and penetration in the market.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
4. Sales Reporting & Data Analysis:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance.
