Role and Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into customers.
Present and promote products/services to potential clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team for strategy improvement.
Identify customer pain points and offer effective solutions.
4. Negotiation & Closing Deals
Handle customer objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
Ensure all contracts and agreements are accurate and aligned with company policies.
Work towards maximizing sales revenue and profit margins.
5. Reporting & Sales Administration
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to improve strategies.
