- As a Host, you will be responsible for providing an unforgettable experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their visit.
- Enthusiastically greet guests with a positive, energetic and approachable attitude, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive initial impression and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure guest safety through comprehensive safety briefings, active monitoring, assistance with equipment setup, and prompt resolution of inquiries and incidents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by upselling additional services, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Bounce Inc s offerings and safety protocols.
- Key personnel at Bounce Inc. are responsible for conducting facility inspections, maintaining cleanliness, organizing activities, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
