We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our advertising agency. You will work closely with internal teams to align client needs with our creative and strategic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with agency goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Develop and present compelling pitches tailored to client needs.

Market Research and Strategy Development:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client objectives.

Revenue Generation:

- Meet and exceed revenue targets through successful business development strategies.

- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast sales projections.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

- Act as a key point of contact for clients during the initial phases of engagement.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.

- Provide insights on how to improve processes and identify additional revenue opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.

- 0-3 years of experience in business development, preferably within an advertising/digital agency or similar environment.

- Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and branding concepts.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other business development tools.

- Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
