Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the digital marketing team in enhancing BIA's online presence and improving engagement across digital platforms. You will work on essential tasks such as comment monitoring, website audits, keyword ranking checks, and assisting with digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:

Monitor comments on social media posts and assist in replying to queries or engaging with
the audience.

Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and engaging social media presence.

• Website Maintenance Support:

Perform basic audits to check for dead pages, broken links, and ensure form functionality.

Assist in testing and updating website pages and images for accuracy and consistency.

Report any issues to the digital marketing team or tech team for resolution.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword ranking checks to monitor BIAs visibility and performance in search engine results.

Assist in on-page optimization efforts based on keyword analysis.

• Lead Quality Check:

Assist in reviewing incoming leads to categorize them as relevant or non-relevant.

Provide reports on lead quality to the marketing and sales teams.

• Google My Business (GMB) and Online Reputation Management (ORM):

Monitor and assist in responding to reviews on Google My Business and other platforms.

Support efforts to maintain a positive online reputation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, or a related field. Certifications in Digital Marketing are a bonus.
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or WordPress is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
