As a Customer Solutioning Engineer, you will act as the primary customer interface and technical orchestrator in engineering and delivery within customer projects. Your role involves leveraging technical expertise in assets & instrumentation, along with a solid understanding of the digital twin solution ecosystem (cloud, edge, data science, simulation), to ensure successful implementation and delivery of customer projects.

Key tasks / topics:

Customer Interface: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Technical Orchestration: Lead the technical aspects of customer projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Asset & Instrumentation Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge of assets and instrumentation to identify and address customer needs and challenges effectively.

Digital Twin Solution Ecosystem: Develop a solid understanding of the digital twin solution ecosystem, including cloud, edge, data science, and simulation, to support solutioning and delivery.

Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business objectives.

Project Delivery: Oversee the implementation and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to customer projects, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
