Deployment of skilled manpower to line
Ensure operators are working according to standards (Work instruction, Handling instruction etc. )
Eliminate production related failures through systematic problem solving methods
Maintain & improve 5S in shifts
Conduct regular audits (LPA/LPC)
Leading shift meetings to improve the production KPI
Production planning for respective shifts
Type wise fullfillment in respective shift
Adherance to all the safety requirements

Leading system CIP Projects
Paticipation in leveling and FTFT meetings

Successfully executing Plan Vs Actual without loosing core KPI s
Compliance to standards
Eliminate production failures
Responsible for Targets.
People Management
Absenteesm/ attrition Management/ leave approvals
