Training Program Officer

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Training Program - Pre-process
• Analyse BU wise training plan based on domain & location specific
• Vendor Identification, Vendor DAR (with SME team) & Vendor Registration
• Budgeting training programs throughout the year
• Build yearly roadmap for training programs, Training Program during training period
• Connect & continuous engagement with freshers and laterals
• Plan & facilitate Leader connect, SME tech talk, Interactive sessions at Lab
• Plan & facilitate Monthly connects between Associates and Academy
• On-day coordination - updates & improvement Training Program - Post activities
• Process Documentation
• Program review & Improvement
• Evaluation of training effectiveness
• Controlling & handling of reports, training analysis
• Transferring trained freshers to BU Talent Mangers
• Update of training programs to Academy & BU
• Tech events, certifications & felicitation.

Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication in English
• Good Logical Skills (to take decisions on given data, options, and constraints)
• Quick learner of new domains (Especially Bosch Related)
• Good comprehending capability
• Systematic working technic
• Effective Delegation
• Good Emotional Intelligence (How does he react in adverse situation with Trainers, Vendors, Internal Customers)

• Responsible and reliable person
• Experienced in any LMS with data driven decision making
