Job Description
- Reaching out to leads through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
- Taking up to 50 calls daily to reach out to the potential clients
- Converting these leads to become customers

- Education, Qualifications & Experiences
- 1. Graduate in any Stream from a recognized university
2. Must be pursuing Degree in Marketing, Business or similar required.
3. Knowledge of the local language will be preferred. English, Hindi & Marathi or Gujrati (added advantage)
Role & Responsibilities
- Retail Data Sourcing and Data Management
- Demonstrate and provide information on products in the retail stores O
- Maintain company guidelines and sound positive and pleasing while interacting with customers while Selling Products
- Oversee corporate & B2B lead generation & conversion
- Actively approach B2B clients to introduce the brand for bulk orders,
- Manage relationships with existing customers and keep them apprised of the latest offerings
- Lead and ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external B2B communications and marketing materials
- Work on coordinating and socializing with content, creativity, sales, and the broader organization Perform industry and competitive analysis to constantly upgrade the sales process and help to position and messaging

- Strong written and oral communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
- Superb interpersonal skills
