Finance and Banking Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Fund Flow Planning and Management: Develop and oversee effective fund flow strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and resource allocation.
• Exim Finance Planning: Manage export and import financing activities
• International Remittances: Oversee and facilitate international remittance processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Forex Hedging: Implement and manage foreign exchange hedging strategies to mitigate currency risk.
• Banking Relations and Operations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners; oversee all banking operations.
• Supervision of Bank Accounting: Ensure accurate bank accounting practices and reporting.
• Bank Limit Management: Manage availing and renewal of bank limits to support operational needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: CA, MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance from a recognized university;
• Academic Excellence: Strong academic background with a proven track record in finance-related studies.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of finance and banking principles, with experience in International Trade Finance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting principles and basic taxation.
• Software Expertise: Advanced skills in Tally and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
