Junior Engineer - In Process Quality

Job Description:

• Visual and functional inspections of two wheelers in the Assembly Line
• Verify all components, including mechanical, electrical parts to meet pre-defined quality standards
• Record inspection results including any identified defects or deviations
• Communicate findings to the Production and QA teams for immediate corrective actions
• Provide feedback to Assembly line workers and supervisors on recurring defects or issues
• Collaborate with Cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in the inspection process

Skill Sets required

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using inspection and testing tools
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO standards)
