Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Develop and implement strategies for attracting top talent across all departments.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Design and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.

Performance Management

• Develop and manage performance review processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Work closely with department heads to address performance issues and support employee growth.
• Maintain clear documentation for performance evaluations and action plans.

Payroll & Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle HR reporting, including leave management and attendance tracking.

HR Operations

• Monitor and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics for leadership review.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Create and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our mission and values.
• Organize regular team-building activities and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an onsite role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

Job Details:

• Full-time, Onsite - Delhi (Jhandewalan)
• Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM, Mon-Fri (Half day and WFH on Saturdays)
• Probation Period: Two months
• Salary: 30-35k Inhand
