SAP Business Intelligence Specialist (7-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Partner with business stakeholders to define and implement clear reporting requirements, ensuring data aligns with strategic objectives.

- Serve as a trusted advisor on BI & Analytics topics, particularly regarding SAP BI/BW, hybrid modeling, and best practices.

- Manage or participate in sub-projects and broader BI initiatives, driving successful project execution.

- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable reporting solutions within the SAP BW backend (SAP BW 7.4 and BW/4 Hana).

- Develop insightful queries and dashboards using Power BI to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.

- Actively participate in international roll-outs, system changes (upgrades, patches, HANA migration), and ensure smooth transitions.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business language for effective communication across departments.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- Degree in computer science, economics, or a comparable field with 7-8 years of relevant experience.

- Proven experience in Sales Reporting with SAP BI/BW, including a strong understanding of production-relevant key figures and the ability to translate them into actionable reports.

- Expertise in designing and developing innovative SAP BI solutions to meet evolving business needs.

- Solid experience with SAP BW/4 Hana and hybrid data modeling approaches.

Technical Skills (Good to Have) :

- Knowledge of ABAP OO, CDS Views, and SQL Scripting is a plus.

- Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
