Role Overview:

BonV Technology is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Operations and IT Coordinator to manage and enhance our operational logistics, IT infrastructure, and customer support functions. This role is critical in driving efficiency, ensuring technological advancement, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Travel and Accommodation:
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, securing cost-effective deals to meet annual cost-saving targets.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in all booking details and documentation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels and travel vendors across various locations.
• Provide appropriate accommodations for all staff levels, from executives to support personnel.
• Asset Management:
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all company assets, including hardware and software.
• Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of assets to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

2. IT Infrastructure Management

• Network Administration:
• Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity across all company locations.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors to promptly resolve any connectivity issues.
• Surveillance and Security Systems:
• Manage CCTV monitoring systems, ensuring continuous uptime and recording functionality.
• Oversee and maintain digital RFID entrance management systems, ensuring compliance with security protocols.

3. Customer Support

• Post-Sales Support:
• Handle all post-sales customer queries and support tickets through a ticket management system.
• Ensure timely assignment, diligent follow-up, and resolution of customer issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in operations and IT coordination roles with a proven track record in asset and infrastructure management.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong technical proficiency in managing IT systems, networks, and surveillance equipment.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in ticket management systems and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
