Responsibilities: AGM - Brand (Mumbai)
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to establish and maintain brand positioning in the market.
- Lead the development and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral, communications, and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve brand goals.
- Oversee the creation and production of brand assets including advertising campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion brand voice, tone, and messaging to ensure alignment with brand values and resonate with target audience.
- Lead brand positioning and messaging development for new product launches and brand extensions.
- Act as the brand ambassador, representing the brand internally and externally to stakeholders, partners, and the media.
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support brand initiatives.
- Tier 1 Business College Pass Outs (MBA) with 3-5 Years of experience are required for this role
