Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Embedded Engineer to lead our embedded systems team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in embedded systems design, development, and debugging, with proven leadership experience in guiding a team of engineers. As a Senior Embedded Engineer, you will oversee the architecture, design, and development of embedded systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of embedded engineers, providing technical guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Design and develop embedded systems and firmware for a variety of hardware platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and software developers, to design and implement integrated solutions.
• Oversee the entire embedded software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through testing and deployment.
• Ensure high coding standards, including thorough documentation and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex embedded systems, including hardware and software interactions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes, tools, and technologies used by the team.
• Maintain and optimize the embedded system's performance and ensure long-term system reliability.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in embedded systems, new hardware platforms, and relevant technologies.
• Handle project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure that the team meets deadlines and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of embedded engineers.
• Strong proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming and RTOS (Real-Time Operating System).
• In-depth knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and other embedded hardware.
• Experience with hardware/software debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers.
• Strong understanding of hardware design principles, communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.), and system architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with embedded Linux and/or other RTOS is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
