Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager for uPVC profiles to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the building materials industry, specifically uPVC products, and will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets within the designated area (Pune).
2. Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on builders, contractors, and fabricators who require uPVC profiles for windows, doors, and other building applications.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
4. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of uPVC products and their applications to clients and prospects.
5. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a small sales team to achieve collective targets and enhance performance.
6. Sales Reports: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
7. Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
8. Customer Support: Ensure effective after-sales service by addressing client issues and ensuring timely delivery of products.
9. Brand Promotion: Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and meetings to promote the companys uPVC profile products.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or uPVC products (windows, doors, profiles).
2. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Pune market and its customer base related to construction and building materials.
4. Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (engineering or business management is a plus).
5. License: A valid driver’s license and a personal bike are mandatory for frequent travel within the region.
6. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7. Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of uPVC profiles and their applications in construction is a plus.
8. Location: Pune-based with willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas.
