DGM/AGM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To be responsible for end-to-end execution of all multi-dimensional portfolio of assigned projects.

2. To manage oversee all project related activities like scheduling, monitoring controlling, including project cost estimation value engineering as appropriately required.

3. To schedule the project in logical steps within time-frame cost requirements to meet deadlines which include pre-launch procedures systems and the handing over of the assigned project to Sales/ Facilities Management.

4. To develop administer project budgets fiscal controls, contracts and control provisions.

5. To ensure proper finishing implementation of all service activities like HVAC, plumbing, etc., as may be required from project to project.

6. To adopt Quality Management principles Safety practices.

7. To review interpret proposed designs, architectural drawings building specifications.

8. To certify all bills and payments for concerned projects.

9. To monitor and standardize specifications on site.

10. To conduct fortnightly meetings at site with architects, structural consultants and service consultants, etc..

11. To prepare keep a track of the ISO checklist, bar charts, progress reviews, safety meetings, contractors and consultant meetings, stock and store registers.

12. To be responsible for monitoring safety Quality aspects.

13. To keep track of construction activities to ensure completion of project on time, cost and quality.

14. To prepare construction schedule and monitoring.

15. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

16. To prepare MIS Report on month on month basis.

QUALIFICATION WORK EXPERIENCE:

B.E. (Civil) with 15- 18 years of relevant experience

CANDIDATE SPECIFICS:

1. Knowledge of costing, estimation, good knowledge of rates prevailing in the market.

2. Good analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skills.
