Jr. Accounts Executive

Job brief:
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accounts Executive with an analytical mind and
fantastic organizational skills to provide support to the financial department by managing
daily accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, bank and credit card transactions,
and tally and file invoices.
Record day-to-day transactions in Zoho Books.
Assist the team with GST and TDS compliances.
Manage Accounts receivable and Payable
Reconcile is the sales and purchase transactions booked in Zoho by the respective
teams.

Requirements and skills:
Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
1 to 2 years experience in a CA firm is a plus but not required
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software
or ERP system
Excellent report writing, communication and IT skills
