Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Inspections and Tests: Regularly visit vendors factory for in process inspection and pre dispatch inspection.
• Analyzing Data: Collect and analyze data related to product quality and manufacturing processes to identify trends and areas for improvement. Up Dating of Quality Records and item masters.
• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with departments such as Purchase and Marketing and Vendors for new product developments. Studying drawings and technical details for new inquiries receipt from client.
• Global Quality Check: Virtually / Third party inspection for items being outsourced from China or third country.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, industrial, or quality engineering) is typically required. Some positions may prefer candidates with a master's degree or specific certifications.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are essential.
• Should be good in MS-Office suite and knowledge of CAD and making drawings
• Should be conversant with mfg processes like Sheet Metal Pressing, Machining, Plastic Moulding, Surface Coating etc
• Good work ethics and discipline are a must

Compensation:
