We, M/s BOE Consulting, are hiring engineers and technical staff for Operations & Maintenance of Cement grinding units in North India. Candidates must have relevant experience of operation & maintenance of Vertical Roller Mill, Roller Press, Ball Mill and Material Handling. Roles being offered are mentioned below. 1. Head Production & QC - Engineer + 15 Years experience in Cement plant operations and maintenance

2. CCR Operator - BSc/MSc/Cement Diploma + 5-year cement mill operation practical knowledge

3. Performance Engineers - Process - Engineer + Min 5 years cement plant experience

4. Safety Head - Engineer (ADIS/PDIS) + Min 10 years cement experience

5. Safety Officer - Diploma + 3 years

6. Environment Head - Engineer + Min 5 years cement plant experience

7. Mechanical Head - Mechanical engineer with 15 years in cement plant with sound knowledge of maintenance planning, trouble shooting, manpower & spares planning for routine / annual shutdown, coordination with all stakeholders, OEMs and suppliers

8. Mechanical Engineer - Mechanical engineer/diploma engineer with 7-10 years cement experience.

9. E&I Head - Electrical/Automation Engineer 15 Years experience in cement plant with sound knowledge of electrical maintenance planning, trouble shooting, manpower and spares planning for routine / annual shutdown, coordination with all stakeholders, OEM’s and suppliers

10. Electrical Engineer - Electrical Engineer with 5-8 Years Plus experience
Maintenance expert with sound knowledge of maintenance planning and preventive maintenance

11. Automation Engineer - Instrument engineer with 10 years’ experience. Must be well versed with DCS, PLC & Automation of Plant and Packing plant field instrumentation. Calibration of weighbridge, Weigh feeders, SFF and weigh bridges

12. Maintenance Planner - Mechanical engineer with 8-10 years cement experience with sound knowledge of SAP and capable of handling all Master Data related works, planning & scheduling of routine / breakdown / shutdown jobs, monitoring inventory levels and procurement planning

13. Condition based monitoring Engineer - Diploma- Mechanical + Min 3 yrs exp as CBM inspector in Cement plant. Preferable - Level 1 inspector certification

14. General Stores Officer - 12th/ Diploma + Min 3 yrs knowledge in stores handling + SAP hands on experience. Must be well versed with cement equipment knowhow & knowledge of MM, PP & PM Modules

15. Administration In Charge and HR Manager - Graduate with 5-8 Years’ Experience

16. Quality In-charge cum Senior Chemist (Physical/Chemical) - BSc / MSc / Diploma in Cement Technology - Quality head person with >10 Yrs Relevant Work Experience

17. Tester (Shift QC Chemist) - BSc / MSc / Diploma in Cement Technology >5 Yrs Relevant Work Experience
