This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:

• VKYC Auditing/Checking
• To ensure VKYC processing is done with maximum successful calls
• To ensure quality is maintained while processing successful calls
• 100 % Adherence to internal and regulatory policies
• To ensure fraud calls are identified without any miss outs
• To support business as and when required for adhoc activities
• Ready to work in shifts
• Able to impart training to team members as and when required.
