Manager/Assistant Manager - Product & Portfolio

Role & responsibilities

This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:

Defence and Government Cobrand Program:

• Identify, design and implement cobrand/s for incremental business growth.
• Manage the Government business, Institutes and Defense business departments of Bank of Baroda to continuously seek exiting portfolio growth and fresh opportunities.
• Relationship development with cobrand partners to ensure periodic monitoring of mutually agreed parameters and milestones.
• Deliver cobrand numbers with support from channels in ensuring the targeted customers onboarding.
• Deliver targeted profitability through efficient design and management of product construct, fees and charges
• Monitor portfolio parameters and work closely with all departments for desired portfolio quality and process compliance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements at all times.
• Manage all stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, IT, Risk and Collections.

Portfolio Management

• This position will also be responsible for managing Usage of Credit Cards with Defense, institutes and Government business partnerships.
• Manage segmented interventions to deliver spend targets viz. Late Activation, EMI, POS EMI, Frequency of Spends, Breadth of MCC etc with the cobrand partner
• Experience of working in cross-functional teams.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

• Passion, Curiosity and interest to learn the entire Credit Card Business
• Experience in Credit Card product and portfolio management. ( Most Important 2 pointers)
• Experience in managing cobrands or strategic alliances.
• Exposure to Credit Card technology including issuance as well as merchant acquiring.
• Understanding of Indian Credit Card Industry and Regulations governing it.
