Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop creative designs for branding, packaging, and digital media.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
• Handle the entire process of design and printing, ensuring high-quality output.
• Create visual concepts that align with company values and enhance brand image.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging graphics for web, social media, and offline platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure designs meet printing standards and coordinate with external vendors for final production.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in graphic design with expertise in both digital and print design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), understanding of printing processes, and pre-press work.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and creative design work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to manage projects independently, with great attention to detail and time management.
• Experience working with packaging design and understanding of various printing methods.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in preparing designs for printing and ensuring color consistency across print and digital media.
