Senior Graphic Designer

Way2print is seeking a Senior Creative Graphic Designer to oversee the ideation and execution of innovative design projects, transforming client briefs into compelling visual solutions from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation of impactful designs, ensuring seamless progression from initial concept to final delivery.
• Develop a variety of visual assets, Logo Design, Banner, including digital graphics, typography, infographics, logos, icons, Banner, brochure, web layout, and interactive elements.
• Maintain high-quality visual standards across all designs while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
• Incorporate constructive feedback to refine and enhance designs effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 -8 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an advertising agency environment.
• Expertise in motion graphics and proficiency with CorelDRAW, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Strong foundation in typography, layout design, and prototyping.
• A creative vision that aligns with business goals and a robust understanding of digital production art-working.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within the framework of established brand standards.
