Job Description
- Performs user experience activities that include user research and testing, interactive design, and visual design.
- Participate in user research, usability testing, surveys, interviews, work studies, and heuristic evaluations.
- Presents and may review documentation of research findings with product and development teams.
- Creates concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications.
- Participates in the implementation of more complex visual styles that support platform branding to increase user effectiveness.
- Contributes to the product definition and evaluation process utilizing multiple sources of information (field work, interviews, internet, intranet, market data/literature), interprets user feedback and insights to improve the user experience.
- Creates and updates user interface and visual design guidelines and standards, may assist in the maintenance of some as assigned.
- Good exposure to Design System
- Bachelors degree in user experience, design, human computer interaction, psychology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in User experience
- Expert in using Figma Tool
- Self-driven, proactive & work in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
