We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis Team Lead to join our Data Management team. This role is in Pune - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manages and develops the staffing of the Data & Analytics, Managed Services unit; champions team collaboration; monitors and develops career paths within the unit. Make recommendations concerning employment, termination, performance evaluations, salary actions, and other personnel actions. Oversees resources allocation and training.
• Regularly interacts with team members both within and outside of their department, as well as clients, participants, and partners in carrying out their work assignments.
• Exchanges functional/technical information to aid in management decision making as an integral part of carrying out work assignments. Interactions with others for escalation needs to support triage and resolution needs. Ability to get into the details of daily workflows, understand business needs and applications to support client needs and assist staff with complex issues.
• Accountable for getting work done directly and through others. Planning work, filling jobs, assigning work, scheduling, coaching, and measuring work of others. Raises performance successes and concerns.
• Ensures consistency of process and usage, and champions best practices in data management overseeing data accuracy processes, goals, and assessment.
• Knowledgeable in data management subject matter to support client needs and enhance the client experience through the management of daily workflows.
• Hands-on approach and skilled in technical tools such as enterprise solutions, query tools (SQL, TOAD, Python, etc.); Eagle application experience preferred
• Skilled proficiency in preparation of reports, presentations, summaries, and data analysis

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• MBA in Finance
• 7 and above years of relevant experience the reference data or data management role
• Knowledge of SQL or cloud is a plus
• Should have people leadership experience
