• Enable, prepare, design, build, test, and sustain RPA @ BMW

• Demonstrate expertise in RPA Platform (UiPath/PowerAutomate) and RPA Design/Development

• Support CoE activities

• Contribute to setting up guidelines and frameworks

• Steering of feature teams

• Work often in CET time zone

What should you bring along

Skills Required: RPA, UiPath, Power Automate, Platform Architecture, Platform Governance

• 10-20 years of overall industry experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position

• Automation First thinking

• Outstanding Analytical and Communication Skills MUST

• Strong RPA Solution & Technical Design Expertise MUST

• An understanding of IT systems and IT platforms with strong analytical skills MUST

• A good understanding of process optimization and deployment MUST

• Customer facing - The ability to engage with clients and demo the capabilities of the solution.

• UiPath and/or PowerAutomate Expertise

• UiPath - Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Suite, AI Centre, Insights

• AWS Cloud Fundamentals

• Platform Migration

• GitHub

• Agile & Scrum Methodologies

• Ability to establish coding guidelines, best practices, frameworks

• Ability to understand & contribute to governance and audit topics for RPA and implement solutions to manage risks identified

• Licensing requirements & License management

• Design server architecture, install & configure architecture

• Quality Assurance

• Work as both an individual contributor and together with cross-functional teams

Must have technical skill
