Job Title: Sales Engineer (MHE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Material Handling Equipment Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsive to sales of our material handling solutions, develop client relationships, and be providential for driving sales of our material handling solutions, developing client relationships, and providing technical expertise to meet customer needs. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to create effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in various industries for material handling equipment solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment.
- Understand customer requirements and translate these into technical proposals and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with client to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales quotes and proposals to prospective clients.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing concerns and offering solutions to enhance their experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the material handling equipment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of material handling systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
