Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create engaging and responsive web designs that align with the company s brand and objectives. Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- User Experience (UX): Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-centric interfaces. Implement design improvements based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Graphic Creation: Develop graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the overall look and feel of websites.
- Collaboration: Work with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements with functional aspects of the website.
- Maintenance: Update and maintain existing websites as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure the company s web presence remains cutting-edge.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Approximately 1 year of professional experience in web design or a related field

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Sketch, Figma, and other wireframing/prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of web design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects and your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices and concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design issues and come up with creative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CMS Platforms: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
- Knowledge of JavaScript: Basic understanding of JavaScript or jQuery can be beneficial.
