Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions, specifically for Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Help design and improve processes around Salesforce CPQ, such as product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approvals, to make sure everything works smoothly.
• Work on Revenue Cloud features like subscriptions, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition, ensuring these processes meet business needs and are easy to use.
• Make sure Sales Cloud integrates well with CPQ and Revenue Cloud, keeping everything aligned and running smoothly.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure that the right features are implemented correctly.
• Create clear documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, to guide development and testing.
• Gather feedback from users, track any issues, and suggest improvements to make the system better over time.
• Help ensure that all solutions meet the business goals and that the team delivers them on time.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Extensive experience on Salesforce CPQ, including product catalogs, pricing models, discounting, and quote generation.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud subscription management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition, is a big plus
• Sound experience and knowledge of how Sales Cloud works and how it integrates with CPQ and Revenue Cloud to create a seamless experience.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements from business teams and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
• Strong communication skills, able to talk to both technical and non-technical teams and explain complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work closely with development teams to ensure the right solutions are built and implemented.
