Site Engineer (Embedded in MNC client site)

Work location: Pune, India

General Description

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for daily check on the ACS and VSS systems server check/maintenance, manage and tracking service tickets, ensure the system is properly maintained and operating smoothly, generate weekly reports and work with the team to ensure the highest client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring the VSS Systems Avigilon and the ACS Systems Genetec.
• Run Discrepancy Reports. Analyses report; Solve issues as needed; escalated tickets as needed.
• Review and manage/tracking of incident reports; ServiceNov, JIRA.
• Submit/arrange tickets through the internal system and assign the tickets to vendors to support and keep tracking in good record.
• Generate weekly alarm reports and analyse for solutions.
• Generate weekly door activity from Genetec.
• Other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with Avigilon camera and Genetec systems, CCURE 9000, mercury controllers, ASSA ABLOY, HID, Axis, VMS, PIAM and hardware e.g. mortise lock
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network, and database, system integration.
• Familiar with access control, CCTV and Alarm system products and systems is required.
• Be willing to work onsite.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Service oriented.
• Problem solving ability.
• Quick learner.
• Good English skills (Listening, oral, read and writing). Can communicate in speaking and writing. Other languages is an advantage.
